Wonderful property, wonderful stay!

This house was beautiful on the beach. Our only problem was they were building a house next door which construction started at 7:30 every morning with loud big machines and loud workers so mornings on the beautiful balconies were not enjoyable instead of the ocean we heard a loud sunbelt lift starting up every day. I wish someone would have told us and either given a discount (375.00 was refunded) not even 10% or an option on another property they could have just been honest. Really ruined the mornings at what was supposed to be a relaxing get away. The litter from the workers was also all over our property which we picked up so not the best experience just remember to ask about construction when renting.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re so glad you enjoyed the house and its amazing beachfront location, but we’re sorry the construction next door affected your experience. However, we would like to provide clarity to your comments after investigation: the noisy machines started at approx. 7:30 am one morning, Sunday am there was no work done, and the other 2 mornings all work started after 8 am. We did issue a generous partial refund, but we regret you did not see the information on the status of the Construction in our Virtual Guide we sent before your stay. On the construction litter, they tried to take measures with the temp fencing. We’ve alerted the neighbor to be more mindful and help police the area more frequently to minimize trash blowing over/around the fence. We are hoping they will be finished with construction soon as they have been under construction for about a year. We’d love to host you again and ensure that next time you get to truly Be Still & Relax at Stella Maris.

Our family vacation was one for the books! The home was everything & more. Its spaciousness housed our big crew so comfortably, we all had our own space, including bathrooms. The two back lanai’s overlooking the bay were relaxing with serene views & sounds. We looked forward to watching the sun rise & set from there & from the beach down below. The location was perfect! Right on the beach overlooking the bay, & a short walk from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf. We were supplied with all the beach gear & more that one could imagine. There were games that forged many fun memories. The AC was much appreciated in the FL summer heat! Everything in the house was clearly labeled and very organized. Great kitchen supplies, super clean, & beautifully curated. We felt the loving presence of Mother Mary, this was one of the reasons we were drawn to choose this space, & so pleased that we did. Thank you for providing such a special landing pad for our family to gather & create lasting memories!

April 2024 – Navarre Beach Properties

Extremely fun and relaxing!

The property was beautiful and slept our family very comfortably. The amenities were exceptional, they really thought of everything. The small list they send you of things to bring is really all you need! You can travel light for a week stay. Pair that with a golf cart rental and you’re set.

SPRING BREAK 2024 – VRBO

We had a lovely stay. The house and views were amazing!  The house has a very well-stocked kitchen and the kids loved the game room and the paddle boards.  It was great to have the prosimity of both the bay and the ocean.  We walked on the bay side beach every morning and saw dolhins one day. We were able to unwind and have a relaxing week. Thank you!

MARCH 2023 – AIRBNB

This place was incredible! Although not right on the ocean, the private sound beach was much better! Our group was 5 adults, and 7 children (ages 4-12) This was perfect for the children to just be able to quickly go to the private sound side beach without having to load up everything for ocean/beach.

The house was gorgeous and had literally everything you could possibly need. Space was great, almost everyone had their own private bedroom/bathroom combo. We will definitely be back!!

JULY 2023 – VRBO

10/10 recommend… it was perfect for our large family, everyone had there own space and bed! Beds were nice with additional blankets throughout. You can’t beat the view! We saw dolphins in the mornings, caught fish everyday and enjoyed it all!! Beach was a quick walk! The garage/game room is loaded with anything you can think of for all ages! Will definitely book again!

We had an incredible experience at Stella Maris in Navarre Beach last November. Sunset, sunrise, and moonrise views were unbelievable from both balconies. The home itself is beautiful with high end finishes and comes equipped with everything you could need for an enjoyable beach vacation. There are no homes to the East for quite a long ways and it was like we had our own private beach. We spent a couple of the evenings beneath the house playing ping pong and corn hole. We will definitely book again in the future.

We enjoyed a couples weekend at Stella Maris in February 2023. The property was clean, really nicely furnished and the views were amazing! The amenities and the guidebook explained everything you could want to know about the property and it has ample space for one large or multiple families to enjoy together!

FEBRUARY 2023 – AIRBNB

We had a wonderful time for our vacation. The beach house was beautiful, and had so many amenities. It’s a great get away for a family and so so so peaceful and quite. We did go during the off season but we will stay at this house again. I didn’t realize that the house is on the Bayside of Navarre, but we didn’t mind at all! It was actually much more secluded and private. I would recommend to stay here. It exceeded my expectations.

While the house was gorgeously renovated and had a beautiful ocean view, management was very poor. we arrived to a house unclean and full of trash, unclear instruction about pets so that we had to board our dogs last minute, and other issues.

Thank you so much for the feedback on this beautiful property, Stella Maris. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We take great pride in our communication and the properties we manage.

We understand that scheduling the cleaning of our homes is extremely important. We and the owner were horrified when we found out the cleaning didn’t occur after another guest checked out that morning. Upon your call around 4pm, we immediately called the cleaning crew and offered you a $100 gift card to enjoy a dinner while our cleaning crew addressed the home. We called to share this update within 10 minutes after your first call to us and our cleaning crews arrived at the property to address the cleaning within 30 minutes after to address the cleaning.

In the end, we hoped to overcome the arrival challenges swiftly and we also made sure that you were compensated with a significant refund. The member of your party that we worked with regarding the refund shared that the refund amount was fair, thanked us for our efforts and said that the guests of the party were having a wonderful time. On another note, our team has internally reviewed our inspection steps and will tirelessly work to be sure this never happens again at our property.

The accuracy of the information in our marketing is also a high priority as we want our guests to be fully informed prior to booking. Regarding your pets, our marketing details on Airbnb have now been updated to state that there is a maximum of 2 pets under 15 pounds, and they are subject to approval within 24 hours of booking. We communicated this to you the day after you booked and offered a full refund as a courtesy due to the missing details in marketing. With further effort, we reached out to obtain approval for all 4 pets; however, this was declined as we are trying to minimize larger pets at this particular luxury property.

Again, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused and any potential negative outlook on Pensacola Beach Properties. We hope you enjoyed your overall visit to the Emerald Coast and would love the opportunity to host you again and show how we love to WOW our guests.
